  Was sent to this smash repairer by my insurer after receiving hail damage on my vehicle. Will NEVER be using them again. Had to bring my car back after the repairs because there was scratches left on new panels that were put on the car, a dent on a door which was not there when I took it in, and the new panels were not all painted properly. I was told that the paintless dent removal company they use could remove the dent and to bring the car back so they can fix the scratches.
  
  After picking my car up the second time, I was told that they would not fix the dent in the door because I could not prove it was made by them and they would charge me $100 to get it done.
  
  Also, when first calling the company to book my car in, I was told that the car would be picked up and dropped off at my house by a tow truck. When they arrived to pick the car up, they had just brought an extra staff member to drive it back to the repairer, after already being 1.5 hours late, and then was told I had to pick it up myself once the repairs were "completed".
  
  Never will I use this company by choice, and if my insurer ever suggests them again I will be requesting someone else.
